Isabella grew up in a deprived town in the South of the UK where she often felt opportunity was limited. At 21, she moved to the opposite side of the country to pursue a career focused on creativity, communication, and empowering others.
Isabella has worked on national initiatives alongside leading marketing, outreach, and partnerships with schools and community organisations. Through her work, she has supported programmes reaching over 15,000 young people nationwide and delivered over 950 hours of aspirational workshops.
Alongside her professional role, Isabella serves as Engagement Director at JCI Manchester, sits on the FED Learners Council and supports RISE UP as a Critical Friend role to their Youth Advisory Board.
A former performer and songwriter, Isabella is passionate about the power of storytelling and voice. She brings warmth and lived experience, helping young people build confidence, self-belief, and clarity around their next steps.
