Imani Clough-Brown is a consultant, somatic coach, and facilitator working at the intersection of social justice and embodied leadership. She is Coaching Lead at Act Build Change, where she supports community organisers, leaders, and teams to grow their capacity to lead meaningful change. Alongside this, she works independently with organisations and networks, designing and facilitating spaces for learning, reflection, and leadership development.

Previously, Imani was Director of Imani Academy & Co; a Youth Consultancy, where she led work focused on youth participation, leadership, and advocacy. She has an undergraduate degree in Youth Justice and a Master’s in Character Education.

A guiding question in her work is: How might we design and hold learning spaces that foster a deep sense of belonging? Through this lens, Imani supports environments where people, especially young people, can develop their voice and agency to drive positive societal change.
