Cruz Jackman is a recent mentee and current ambassador for 1MM. At 17, he lives in Cardiff, Wales, and is in his second year studying music at CAVC. He volunteers with Little Gigs Bach and is developing a range of multimedia skills.

Through mentoring, Cruz has learned how to network and build meaningful connections by taking initiative and showing ambition. It has also helped him grow in confidence, encouraging him to step outside his comfort zone to pursue his goals.
