Piloted in Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) from January to July 2017, One Million Mentors expanded from January 2019 to reach young people from some of its most deprived areas.
- Child poverty in 8 of the 10 local authority areas above the Welsh average
- School leavers’ basic skills and qualifications below the Welsh average
- 2nd highest number of young people in Wales not in education, employment and training
We can help them lift their aspirations and improve their life chances.
