Sean is an entrepreneur and investor interested in 21st century learning, the future of work, business creation, evidence-based policy, sustainable social enterprise, systems, incentives, technology, human potential, ideas and delivery.
Sean founded, and was the Chief Executive at, Corndel Ltd, where he built the business from conception to an organisation supporting tens of thousands of learners and employing 350 people. Under Sean’s leadership, Corndel was consistently the fastest growing apprenticeship provider in the UK.
Sean started his career in the employment support sector, working as a frontline Unemployment Advisor in Brent, London. Subsequently he worked in research, policy, business development and operational management for some of the largest, most successful public service providers in the UK. Sean designed and managed large-scale public service contracts in the UK and internationally, managing businesses turning over in excess of £75 million and directly and indirectly employing over 900 staff.
