Heider has more than 10 years of experience advising Corporate CEOs, Investment Executives and Government Leaders on their most important strategic issues. His key areas of focus include Private Equity Investments, Energy, Consumer Goods, Industrialisation, Social Enterprise, and Education.

Heider has worked in more than 30 countries across 5 continents, speaks 8 languages and holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering. He has supported Heads of State and Ministers across the world to develop inclusive and competitive industries and Corporate and Fund leaders to create value in their company, portfolio and the wider society. Heider also led Bain’s Social Impact chapter in London for over 5 years, providing strategic advice to leading impact funds, social enterprises, charities and NGOs.
